Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility. 

All payments are subject to the following conditions:- All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. Notre Dame Academy reserves the right to change the fees as per government directions. • Your payment will normally reach Notre Dame Academy account within two working days. • Notre Dame Academy is not responsible for any delay in receipt of fee payment due to incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Notre Dame Academy also cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/ debit card supplier for any reason. • In no event will Notre Dame Authority be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

 Refund Policy • Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the People’s University to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid. Security • Notre Dame Academy shall not be liable for any failure by the Student or third party making payment of Fees to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any mission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process. 

•Server Slow, Down/Internet Isssue: In case the Website or Payment Service Provider’s webpage, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options:

i. In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that he/ she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact NOTREDAME ACADEMY via e-mail or any other mode of contact as provided by NOTREDAME ACADEMY to confirm payment.

ii. In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.

However, the User agrees that under no circumstances the Schoolshall be held responsible for such fraudulent/duplicate transactions and hence no claims should be raised. No communication received by the Payment Service Provider(s) in this regard shall be entertained by the Payment Service Provider(s).

 Refund For Charge Back Transaction : In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach NOTREDAME ACADEMY with his/ her claim details and claim refund from NOTREDAME ACADEMY alone. Such refund (if any) shall be effected only by NOTREDAME ACADEMY via payment gateway or by means of a demand draft or such other means as NOTREDAME ACADEMY deems appropriate. No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s) and in the event such claim is made it shall not be entertained.

In these Terms and Conditions, the term “ Charge Back ” shall mean, approved and settled credit card or net banking purchase transaction(s) which are at any time refused, debited or charged back to merchant account (and shall also include similar debits to Payment Service Provider's accounts, if any) by the acquiring bank or credit card company for any reason whatsoever, together with the bank fees, penalties and other charges incidental thereto.

 Service Provider • Notre Dame Academy is not directly involved in the online payment but through service provider (Paytm). • In the event that the Student does not receive confirmation within 14 days of making the payment it is the responsibility of the Student to check with Notre Dame Academy that the payment has been accepted.
